Custom Professional Learning
VAIS offers Custom Professional Learning at individual member schools or regional locations, which allows neighboring schools to pool their resources and benefit from collaboration. Dr. Darcie TeVault, VAIS Director of Professional Learning, will facilitate school-specific workshops to engage your teams and to align with your school’s mission. You can expect your faculty, staff and administration to walk away with up-to-date, research-informed knowledge and tools that they can begin applying the very next day. Ideal for back-to-school or end-of-year programming, these workshops can also be integrated into professional development days along the way.

OPTION 1: Customized overview of a topic, trend or technique, with breakout sessions and Q & A (includes zoom recording if delivered virtually)
Duration: Planning session + 1.5 hours on site
Location: At your school, in a regional center, or online
Fee: $2,500 + travel expenses for VAIS members
OPTION 2: Deeper dives into two topics / trends / techniques or full-day workshop covering multiple aspects in varied modes (includes relevant resources and follow-up report)
Duration: Planning session + 3 hours on site
Location: At your school or in a regional center
Fee: $4,500 + travel expenses for VAIS members
