We’ll examine real-world uses relevant to day-to-day work; explore ways to streamline processes; gain valuable data insights; and create compelling content. We’ll also discuss safety concerns, including data privacy, bias, and AI-generated content, then shift toward the skills that staff need to navigate what’s coming next. This session helps staff build to see what kinds of tasks are actually automatable, what aren’t, and how to think more like an AI collaborator.
