Board Education

A School’s Capacity to Grow Starts with its Leadership

BoardWORKS takes an innovative approach to building knowledge and trust between the Head of School and Board members, equipping them to collaborate effectively toward achieving strategic goals. Sessions are differentiated by focus and length of time. Want to assess how well the collaboration is working? The 20/20 Board Evaluation instrument, included with all programs, will provide timely and relevant data.

I was just reviewing the results of our 20/20 Board Evaluation and there was a lot of pride and gratitude for how well the meetings ran this year! Thank you for your help in ensuring this reality. There is still work to be done (always), but we’ve come a long long way with BoardWORKS.
